A recipe from Hannes Andergassen


Mix the grappa with the apple juice and then pour into a long drink glass with ice. Then garnish the glass with the dried apple chips.

Ingredients for

2 people
  • 10 cl (two shot glasses) South Tyrol grappa of 80 proof/40% alcohol by vol. (ideally from Gewürztraminer) (If the grappa is more than 80 proof/40% alcohol by vol., use 8 cl /3/2 shot glass)
  • 10 cl (two shot glasses) South Tyrol unfiltered apple juice (if 8 cl or 3/2 shot glasses of grappa is used, use that same amount of apple juice).
  • A few dried apple chips
