- Total cultivation area: approx. 50 ha
- The cherry orchards are situated between 500 and 1,100 meters above sea level.
- Cherry season: end of June to the end of August
- Quantity produced: 90 t
- The cherries must have a diameter of 22 mm before being harvested.
- The main varieties grown in South Tyrol are Kordia and Regina.
