Preparation
Wash the radicchio leaves, dry thoroughly and fry carefully in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese rolls into 4 slices, each 1 cm thick. Arrange 4 radicchio leaves on each plate. Place a slice of goat cheese on each and garnish with crumbled Schüttelbrot, chives and olive oil.
