Raspberry quark gratin

South Tyrolean raspberries au gratin!

Preparation

Beat the quark, powdered sugar, wheat starch, orange liqueur and egg yolk together in a bowl until creamy. Carefully fold in the whipped cream. Divide the raspberries among 4 deep plates and cover with the mixture. Brown under top heat in a preheated oven. Dust the raspberry gratin with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
