Blueberry preserves


Place the blueberries in a pot, heat and stir. After about 10 minutes, add the sugar and stir occasionally. Continue to simmer at a low temperature for 30 to 40 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Fill into jam jars while still hot and close the jars.
