Quick, easy, great: recipe for cream cheese and speck rolls

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the chives, season with salt and pepper. Spread the speck slices with this mixture and roll up. Cut the chicory into strips and cook in a grill pan. When it is done, briefly fry the cream cheese and speck rolls on all sides in the same pan. Put the chicory on the plates, arrange the cream cheese and speck rolls on top and serve immediately.
Tip: South Tyrolean Schiava is ideal with cream cheese and speck rolls!
