Once upon a time, there was a beautiful, empty, derelict Gothic house, which was lovingly restored by Uli and Roman in 2000. That was the beginning of our Osteria Plazores. What unites us is our love of tradition, nature and animals. However, we always have a eye open for new things and pay close attention to details. Our ingredients and methods are simple yet elegant, traditional yet modern. We aim to create memories which stay in the hearts of our guests.
