Ristorante Apollonia

Geiser family

Down-to-earth, natural and traditional, yet still open to new things.

What’s so fascinating about working as a restaurateur? The variety! It never gets boring.
What dish do you most often recommend to your guests? Home-made pasta such as ravioli or tagliatelle.
What’s your own favorite dish? I have a lot… but one of them is beef goulash with polenta.
What South Tyrolean specialty is the most popular ingredient in your restaurant kitchen? South Tyrolean beef, strawberries, raspberries and herbs.
Our country restaurant is located 930 m above sea level in Sirmiano above the village of Nals, between Merano and Bolzano. It nestles in unspoiled countryside and affords glorious views of the Dolomites. We have been devoting ourselves to the creature comforts and satisfaction of our guests since 1962. In our kitchens, we prepare regional dishes and many home-made specialties while varying the menu according to the season.
