What’s so fascinating about working as a restaurateur? As a restaurateur, you have the pleasure of surprising your guests every day, making them happy and sharing moments of happiness with them.Our aim is to make sure that every guest leaves the Tschögglbergerhof feeling cheerful and content, and to make our restaurant an oasis of comfort which they will love to come back to again and again.
What dish do you most often recommend to your guests? I recommend buckwheat noodles with bacon and cabbage salad or pink roasted lamb cutlets with walnut dumplings.
What’s your own favorite dish? My absolute favourite is tartare from our locally reared beef.
What South Tyrolean specialty is the most popular ingredient in your restaurant kitchen? In our kitchen, we use a wide range of fresh herbs which give our dishes their typical taste. We also use our own eggs, bacon, vegetables and fruit from our farmers and naturally also local meat.
The Tschögglbergerhof is well known for its outstanding cuisine, the warm, friendly atmosphere and the personal service. Our dining rooms and parlours exude a wonderful atmosphere in which to savour our cuisine. The spacious sun terrace and new winter garden also tempt guests to linger. The panoramic views of the Dolomites are simply fascinating.
